Tunable Optical Frequency Comb Generation Based on a Micro-ring Assisted Fiber Laser with Optical Injection-locking

Abstract

By using a micro-ring assisted fiber laser with optical injection-locking, a new possibility to generate optical combs with tunable frequency separation is demonstrated. The results should be useful for related applications on photonic microwave generation.
