On-chip Analog Computing with Dielectric Metasurface

Abstract

Compact and low-loss on-chip metasurface and metasystem are experimentally demonstrated on a standard SOI substrate. We demonstrated on-chip focusing and spatial differentiation with single layer metalens and three-layer metasystem.
