Evaluation of 30kW Laser Power Measurement Uncertainty by Least Square Linear Fitting Method

Abstract

We present a high-precision method to accurately estimate the uncertainty for 30kW laser power measurement. The result of total output power is at 30.99kW, and relative expanded uncertainty is 8% (k=2).
