Antiresonances and Ultrafast Resonances in Coupled Semiconductor Lasers

Abstract

We study the linear modulation response of coupled semiconductor lasers for cases of strong and weak coupling and we show the existence of sharp antiresonances and ultrafast resonances far beyond the free running relaxation frequencies.
