Non-Null Technique for Measurement of Freeform Wavefront using Stitching Approach

Abstract

The paper presents a non-null metrology technique for the shape measurement of freeform wavefronts. A stitching algorithm for freeform shapes has been developed and is applied to sub-apertures measurements taken by Scanning Shack Hartmann Sensor.
