Hybrid Plasmonic Waveguide Devices: A Complementary Technology for Silicon on Insulator Platform

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Hybrid plasmonic waveguides offer the advantages of silicon compatibility, strong polarization dependency, and low propagation losses. We present a number of devices using this guiding scheme and compare their performance with existing alternatives.
