Long Propagating Bloch Surface Waves Using Ion Beam Sputtering Technology

Abstract

We study the propagation length of Bloch surface waves in the visible spectrum. We show that a millimeter-range Bloch surface wave propagation may take place by improving the surface quality of the multilayer substrate.
