Surface plasmon-induced modification of photoluminescence from GaN quantum dot coupled to Al nanoparticles

Abstract

We investigated the coupling structures of GaN quantum dots with size-tunable Al nanoparticle arrays and revealed the plasmon-induced modification mechanism of the photoluminescence from GaN quantum dots.
