Metal-Based Near-Infrared Transparent Electrodes

Abstract

An oxide/metal/oxide multilayer film serves as an ultrahigh figure-of-merit transparent electrode only for visible light. Here, we report a metal-based near-infrared transparent electrode using a two-dimensional deep-subwavelength metastructure.
