Quantum Dot Image Sensors

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Colloidal quantum dots are semiconductors synthesized in, and applied from, the solution phase. They enable wide tuning of their sharp spectral response via the quantum size effect. I will present advances in colloidal quantum dot light sensing materials and devices and their application in imaging.
