CMOS Angle Sensitive Pixels for 3-D Imaging

Abstract

Angle Sensitive Pixels (ASPs) are micro-scale diffractive structures sensitive to the angular distribution of incident light. Arrays of ASPs, built in standard CMOS, are able to image 3-D structures with or without a lens.
