Optical wide field brain imaging

Abstract

We present wide field portable optical brain imaging system for flow, oxygenation, and fluorescence in awake rats using a chronic implanted skull window and apply spatial light modulators for extending focal depth, and auto-focusing in blood flow imaging studies.
