Analysis of particle characterization accuracy using holographic minimum intensity projection

Abstract

Minimum intensity projection algorithm has been proposed for 3D characterization of particles in real–time. In this paper, we experimentally explored the accuracy of particle size detection and maximum particle density that the algorithm could handle.
