A method to design encoded diffractive optical element for dynamic pattern generation

Abstract

In this paper, a design method of encoded diffractive optical element (DOE) is proposed. Unlike the conventional ones, the proposed method can realize dynamic display using only one DOE. Therefore, it can be used for dynamic pattern generation and information encryption. The simulation results verified the design method well.
