Decoupling Thickness-Refractive Index For Palynological Characterization Using The Microtomography Technique

Abstract

Microtomography was used to calculate the complex field transmitted by pollen grains and with the phase maps obtained, we implemented theoretical and experimental technique that we allowed to report the thickness and refractive index separately.
