Exploring the Human Cancer Cell Using Digital Holography with Transport of Intensity Equation

Abstract

The human cancer and normal cells were investigated using digital holography and a transport of intensity equations. Using a stack of intensity images to solve the TIE approximate solution, phase images of both kinds of cells are reconstructed and then explored.
