On the Rotation Angle of Reconstruction Plane in Optical Phase-only Image Encryption and Multiplexing

Abstract

We investigate the effects on rotation angle arrangement in the proposed angle multiplexing method for optical image encryption using the phase-only function in the Fresnel transform domain. The computer simulation results show that the images reconstructed with the asymmetric rotation angles can be more secure than that with symmetric arrangements.
