Abstract

Here, we show a design and fabrication of all-dielectric metalens array to achieve the state of polarization and the phase gradient detection operating at 1550 nm in transmission mode. Furthermore, we demonstrate detections of a radially polarized beam, an azimuthally polarized beam and a vortex beam. Each metalens (numerical aperture of 0.32) has an average focusing efficiency of about 45% at 1550 nm. © 2019 The Author(s)
