Abstract

The GaAs photoconductive antenna (GaAs PDA) is widely used in the terahertz time-domain spectral system, it is still a problem to improving the radiation power of GaAs PDA. In order to improve the radiation power, the people have conducted the various researches unceasingly, including the unit antenna and GaAs PDA array and so on, adapted to the terahertz research needs.
