Characteristics of Reflective Spatial Light Modulator on Glass Substrate

Abstract

We fabricated the reflective spatial light modulator on a glass substrate. The size of the SLM are 4 cm × 3 cm. The SLM shows the phase modulation of 2.8 π according to the voltage.
