Independent phase modulation of two polarization states with reflection-type metasurface

Abstract

Taking the advantage of propagation phase with geometric phase, we designed a novel reflection-type metasurface enabling independent phase control of two polarization states. This method achieves phase control with the high efficiency up to 95%.
