An accessible implementation for Synthetic Optical Holography (SOH)

Abstract

In this work we propose an accessible way to implement synthetic optical holography (SOH) in confocal microscopes by using an interferometry objective, and a driven nano-positioning z-stage. We validated our implementation by imaging check cells in a confocal scanning-laser microscope.
