Rectangular Core Dispersion Engineered Photonic Crystal Fiber for Supercontinuum Generation

Abstract

Design of a rectangular core photonic crystal fiber in Ge20Sb15Se64 chalcogenide glass is presented for mid-IR. Our simulation results include the study of dispersion, nonlinearity and fundamental effective mode area.
