Elementary novel all-optical reversible logic gate using Si3N4 based optical microring resonator

Abstract

We propose a silicon nitride based all optical reversible logic gate with use of microring resonating structures. The performance parameters like extinction ratio, Quality factor, finesse, quantum cost have been analysed to realise its feasibility.
