Multifunctional metasurfaces with tailored dispersion

Abstract

We report metalenses capable of focusing blue and red wavelengths onto two focal planes with tailored focal length shift as a function of incident wavelength. Achromatic, refractive or diffractive focal length shifts can be imparted at will across different design bandwidths of the metalenses.
