Subwavelength Reflection-assisted Microring Resonator with Enhanced Performance

Abstract

A novel type of microring assisted by subwavelength reflection unit is studied. By adding well-designed subwavelength reflection unit to the waveguide, the SRAMRR shows enhanced group delay, flat top, shape factor and out-band suppression.
