Abstract

We proposed a complementary-asymmetric-arcs metasurface which shows Fano resonance at 1125 nm with Q-factor of 385. The numerical investigation shows that the proposed metasurface have maximum sensitivity and FoM of 130 nm/RIU and 43.33, respectively.
