Generation of correlated photon-pairs in short thin-film lithium-niobate waveguides

Abstract

We generate photon-pairs in signal-idler channels separated by up to 120 nm with high coincidence-to-accidental ratios using a 300-mm-long periodically-poled lithiumniobate ridge waveguide bonded to silicon.
