Abstract
In this paper, we report an optical implementation of a parallel phase-shifting quasi-common-path interferometer that uses two Michelson interferometers for generate two interferograms. The phase shifts are generated using a polarizer’s array placed on the image plane that is displaced for obtain four phase-shifted interferogram in two captures, to present the capabilities of the system, phase measurements results obtained from transparent structures are presented.
