Ultrafast Ho-doped Fiber Oscillator with Intracavity Dispersion Compressor

Abstract

We report on an holmium-doped fiber oscillator incorporating a Martinez-type compressor. The laser operates in anomalous, stretched-pulse and net-normal dispersion regimes. Additionally, wavelength tuning in 2021 – 2096 nm range is demonstrated.
