Stability estimation with generalized ray matrix for spherical mirror reflection and its application in White multipass cell design

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Based on a general model of ray transfer matrix of the misaligned optical element, the variation of output chief ray is estimated mathematically considering all possible perturbations of the optical elements within the system. The method is applied to estimate the optical-axis stability of the White-type multipass cell as an example. Article not available.
