Abstract

We demonstrate a tomographic Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) imaging modality and reconstruction algorithm that determines 3D positions of strongly scattering atoms. Our simulation-only results show that atomic potentials can be quantitatively recovered at atomic resolution from intensity-only measurements.
