Learning Biological Structures from Birefringence images with Deep Neural Networks

Abstract

Multiplexed analysis of biological structures detected by label-free imaging is becoming tractable with deep learning. We demonstrate improved learning of ordered structures from quantitative birefringence images using a deep convolutional neural network.
