Multimodal Confocal Imaging of Renal Fine Needle Aspiration Samples

Abstract

Methylene Blue (MB) stained cancer and normal human renal cells were imaged using multimodal confocal microscopy. The results indicate that fluorescence polarization of MB is significantly higher in cancer cells as compared to normal.
