Analysis and Characterization of 5-Fluorouracil based on Terahertz Spectroscopy

Abstract

Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy is applied for the characterization of 5-Fluorouracil. The absorption coefficients and refractive indices of 5-Fluorouracil at six concentrations are investigated. The refractive index spectra show a positive correlation trend with sample concentration.
