Light, Sound and Microwave Induced Modulation in Microcavity Brillouin Laser

Abstract

We experimentally observe light, sound and microwave induced modulation in an optomechanical microcavity Brillouin laser system. Unique applications as dual-channel communication and microwave subwavelength imaging have been demonstrated in such hybrid platform.
