Temporal structured illumination time-stretch microscopy

Abstract

A temporal structured illumination concept is proposed, and realized by a sinusoidal driven electro-optic intensity modulator. It doubles the acquisition bandwidth to capture ultrafast optical signal, which is demonstrated in the time-stretch microscopy application.
