Abstract

We report that the persistenceof the bound states in disordered photonic lattices leads to aninterplay between the bound states in the continuum (BICs) and disorder-induced Anderson localizedstates. We reveal a novel effect resulting from such an interplay: anearly complete quantum survival for the entangled biphotonrespecting the antisymmetric exchange symmetry.
