Surface plasmon resonance sensor based on D-shaped dual-core photonic crystal fiber

Abstract

A surface plasmon resonance sensor based on D-shaped dual-core photonic crystal fiber is designed. The plasma resonance intensity of this structure is obviously higher than that of the single core structure. The sensitivity on amplitude is numerically investigated.
