Accurate measurements of second-order nonlinear-optical coefficients of a UV-generating wavelength-conversion material: LaBGeO5

Abstract

We accurately measure the second-order nonlinear-optical coefficients of LaBGeO5 at the fundamental wavelength of 1064 nm using the wedge technique. The values of d11,d22,d33, and d31 are 0.35, 0.63, 0.70 and 0.18 pm/V, respectively.
