Abstract

Laser confocal photoluminescence characteristics for nanostructures using 2D semiconducting MoS2 hybridized with organic semiconductors or perovskite CsPbBr3-quantum-dots (QDs) have been investigated and analyzed in terms of energy and charge transfer effects. Photo-triggered MoS2/rubrene field-effect-transistors (FETs) were operated by light irradiation controlled by gate bias. Mobility and photoresponsivity upon light irradiation for hybrid MoS2/CsPbBr3-QDs-based FETs were enhanced, owing to n-type doping.
