Application of Iterative Reconstruction Technique Based on Sparse Denoising Encoder-Decoder in Mesoscopic Fluorescence Molecules Tomography 3D Reconstruction

Abstract

To suppress the noise in the measurements for mesoscopic fluorescence molecular tomography, an iterative reconstruction technique via sparse denoising encoder-decoder is presented. Experiments show the preprocessing method can highly improve reconstruction accuracy of tumor bio-probe.
