Theoretical study on linewidth reduction of diode laser used to pump rare gas lasers

Abstract

In this paper, the linewidth reduction of DPRGLs’ pump source is theoretically researched based on littrow configuration of external cavity laser. Optimal linewidth and other parameters are obtained by the numerical simulation.
