Abstract

The strong oscillator strength, exciton polariton, exciton phonon coupling, and wide-spectrum complex dielectric constants of all-inorganic perovskites are unveiled for next-generation optoelectronics. Contrasting temperature dependence of interband transitions reveals the intricate phonon interaction mechanism in perovskites.
