Abstract

A 34Gbaud TIA achieves 1.5% THD at 1mAppd input, 20pA/sqrt(Hz) input referred noise density, output amplitude of up to 1Vppd and maintains 27GHz bandwidth over 43dB of transimpedance gain dynamic range, enabling a 200Gb/s dual-polarization 16QAM coherent receiver operation.
