Integrated Wavelength Selective Switch Array for Space Division Multiplexed Network with Ultra-Low Inter-Spatial Channel Crosstalk

Abstract

We propose a novel optics for integrated wavelength selective switch (WSS) array that suppresses inter-sub WSS crosstalk for space-division multiplexed network. A crosstalk level of as low as –50 dB has been achieved.
