Abstract

We demonstrate a novel signal-sample-interleaved-gathering scheme in the TDM-based analog fronthaul, where signal aggregation is completely realized by simple DSP without intermediate-frequency (IF)-conversion. Experiment aggregating two 128-MIMO signals verifies that ~25% signal bandwidth is reduced.
