Automated Alignment Between Channel and Filter Cascade

Abstract

We propose a new and cost-efficient method based on receiver-side spectrum monitoring to mitigate filter impairments. We experimentally demonstrated up to 3dB-reduction in filter penalties for 32GBd PDM-QPSK signals.
