Infrared solar cells based on narrow band-gap PbS QDs

Abstract

Infrared solar cells based on narrow band-gap PbS QDs can harvest low-energy photons. Here, we report that the infrared solar cell based on 0.80 eV PbS QDs with excellent performance ,which exhibiting cSi-filtered PCE of 0.78%.
