Abstract

Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy of radiation-induced reoxygenation in human head and neck tumor xenografts indicate a higher level of reoxygenation in radiation-resistant tumors, thus providing a potential biomarker for identifying treatment resistance early in the clinic.
